Common use of WCB and Return to Work Clause in Contracts

WCB and Return to Work. Where a Employee has returned to work after being absent for injury on duty for which Xxxxxx’s Compensation Benefits are not payable, and where the absence due to injury on duty was for two days or less after the day of the injury, the Employee shall receive an amount equal to regular pay from accumulated sick leave credits for the period in which the Employee was unable to work as a result of the Employee’s injury on duty.
