Wealth Sharing Protocol, 2004. This Protocol, signed on 7th January, 2004 consists of the guiding principles in respect of an equitable sharing of common wealth. The parties agreed that the wealth of Sudan was to be shared equitably to enable each level of government to discharge its legal and constitutional responsibilities and duties. It provided for a fair and equitable division of government assets.   • RETIREE HEALTH SAVINGS PLAN Effective, December 24, 2006, or as soon as administratively possible, the County shall establish a retiree health savings plan (RHSP) by contributing an amount of $25.00 to the employee’s RHSP each biweekly pay period.

  • Group Health Benefit Plans, Carrier and Premiums 7.1.1 When enrolment and other requirements for group participation in various plans have been met, the Employer will sponsor such plans to the portion agreed upon and such sponsorship shall not exceed that which is authorized or accepted by the benefit agency.

  • Ontario Health Insurance Plan The parties recognize that the method of funding OHIP has been changed from an individually paid premium to a system funded by an employer paid payroll tax. If the government, at any time in the future, reverts to an individually paid premium for health insurance, the parties agree that the Colleges will resume paying 100% of the billed premium for employees.

  • HEALTH & WELFARE 16:1 The parties signatory hereto shall enter into a Health and Welfare Plan for which there is a Trust Agreement, known as the Line Construction Benefit Fund, for the purpose of providing insurance benefits for eligible employees and/or their dependents. Effective the first of the month following the signature date of this Agreement, the Employer shall pay to the Line Construction Benefit Fund the sum of $6.50 for each hour worked. Hours worked shall be deemed to include straight-time hours worked, overtime hours worked, and report time not worked. Remittance shall be forwarded to the place designated by the parties hereto on or before the fifteenth (15th) day of each month for each hour worked in weekly payroll periods ending during the preceding month, together with a monthly payroll report on a form to be furnished to the Employer. It is understood and intended by the parties to this Agreement that the purpose of this clause is to establish an Employer financed Health and Welfare Trust and that contributions thereto shall not be deemed to be wages to which any employee shall have any right other than the right to have such contributions paid over to the Trust fund in accordance herewith. Failure of an individual Employer to make all payments provided for, including liquidated damages for late payments, within the time specified, shall be a breach of this Agreement and will further require action by the Trustees as set forth in the Trust Agreement. Any increase in the required contributions set forth above will be paid equally (50% by the Employer and 50% by the Employee). The amount paid by the Employee will come from their NEAP contribution.

  • TREATMENT PLANS Within a reasonable period of time after the initiation of treatment, Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx will discuss with you her working understanding of the problem, treatment plan, therapeutic objectives, and her view of the possible outcomes of treatment. If you have any unanswered questions about any of the procedures used in the course of your therapy, their possible risks, Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx 's expertise in employing them, or about the treatment plan, please ask and you will be answered fully. You also have the right to ask about other treatments for your condition and their risks and benefits.

  • Group Health Insurance Immediately following retirement, the teacher shall have the option of remaining in the Corporation’s current group health insurance plan if all of the following conditions are met as of the date of retirement and thereafter:
