Common use of Weapons Clause in Contracts

Weapons. The Buyer hereby certifies that the Equipment, Services, technical data, software or other information or assistance furnished by the Seller or its Affiliates under this Contract will not be used in the design, development, production, stockpiling or use of chemical, biological, or nuclear weapons either by the Buyer or by any entity acting on the Buyer’s behalf.
