Website Backup. Blue Ocean Interactive Marketing Inc will back up the Website in a commercially reasonable manner. However, Blue Ocean Interactive Marketing Inc is not responsible for lost content or lost user content. Website backups will be stored by Blue Ocean Interactive Marketing Inc for at least 60 days before they may be purged. Blue Ocean Interactive Marketing Inc will provide, at Customer's expense, an electronic copy of the backup Website to Customer upon written request by Customer. Backups are intended for disaster recovery, not the restoration of individual files. The Customer via the control panel may archive their own website backups at their own leisure.

Website Backup. Bolt.xxx xxxl provide daily and permanent backups of the information detailed in this Agreement and housed on its servers. All data shall be backed up daily to two locations - network storage and DAT. The DATs shall be stored off-site in a fire-proofed, secure tape library. The network data shall be stored for three weeks, and be available for content replacements. Each Party shall also maintain a development environment copy of web data for rapid content replacement.

Website Backup. After Client's website is released to the general public in accordance with the Statement of Work, Digital Gear will use commercially reasonable efforts to recreate and store on separate backup servers a copy of Client's website and all Website Content therein on a daily schedule as determined by Digital Gear. In the event that Client's website is damaged or otherwise rendered unusable, Digital Gear will restore the website and Website Content as they existed at the time of the most recent backup, at no expense to Client. Please note only one backup copy is maintained for backup of the Website. If Client requires chronological archiving of the Website, Digital Gear will provide this service; fees for this service will be dependent on the number of chronological backups as well as the size of the online storage required.

  • Website Hosting The Company shall host and maintain the website specified in paragraph (j)(1)(iii) of Rule 498A, so that the Fund Documents are publicly accessible, free of charge, at that website, in accordance with the conditions set forth in that paragraph, provided that the Fund and Underwriter fulfill their obligations under this Amendment.

Your use of the internet is at your sole risk and we are not responsible for your equipment, programs or software. Although we strive to provide superior internet service and sufficient bandwidth to our residents, we are not responsible for slow internet or other residents taking up significant bandwidth. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO INTERRUPT YOUR INTERNET SERVICE IN RESPONSE TO A BREACH OF THIS LEASE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO A FAILURE TO PAY RENT OR A VIOLATION OF THIS PARAGRAPH 6.

  • Internet Access Data and information may be made electronically accessible to the Company through Internet access to one or more links provided by the Administrator or a sub-administrator (“Web Link”). All rights in Web Link (including text and “look and feel” attributes) are owned by the sub-administrator. Any commercial use of the content or any other aspect of Web Link requires the written permission of the sub-administrator. Use of the Web Link by the Company will be subject to any terms of use set forth on the web site. Web Link and the information (including text, graphics and functionality) in the Web Link is presented “As Is” and “As Available” without express or implied warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The sub-administrator neither warrants that the Web Link will be uninterrupted or error free, nor guarantees the accessibility, reliability, performance, timeliness, sequence, or completeness of information provided on the Web Link.

  • Electronic Access Access by the Customer to certain systems, applications or products of Bank shall be governed by this Agreement and the terms and conditions set forth in Annex A Electronic Access.
