Welfare Fund. A. The parties hereto agree to continue the Health and Welfare Fund established by Trust Agreement April 27, 1957. Life insurance, sick leave, hospital, surgical, dental, prescrip tion and other health and welfare benefits will continue to be provided subject to reason able rules and regulations established by the Board of Trustees.
