SCOPE OF WORKS IN DETAIL. 6.2.1 Sweeping and mopping of the office floors, Battery room, Battery charger & AC Panel room, Store room (Flooring with ceramic / granite tiles/ cement mortar) steps, staircases, handrails with scented cleaning agents including clearing and disposal of waste papers daily, Dusting and cleaning of files records in racks, furniture‟s for twice in a week, cleaning of all partition walls, ceilings [Brick, Wooden & Aluminum, Glazed],Staircase, hand rails, doors, windows, blinds, Name boards, Electrical fittings viz. Tube Lights, fans, Electrical fixtures, switch boxes etc, removal of cobweb once in a month collecting and disposing all the waste to outside of the Office complex, with all general cleaning inside the office Floors etc… complete as directed by the Engineer at site including all consumable materials such as cleaning powder, Broom sticks, Cobweb sticks, Bamboo baskets, Swabs, Mops, Dungry cloth, Buckets, cost of all consumables etc. complete.( to be carried out daily.

  • Scope of Work The Contractor has overall responsibility for and shall provide and furnish all materials, equipment, tools and labor as necessary or reasonably inferable to complete the Work, or any phase of the Work, in accordance with the Owner’s requirements and the terms of the Contract Documents.

The Contractor shall maintain during the term of the Contract all licenses, permits, qualifications, insurance, and approvals of whatever nature that are legally required to perform the (IT) IV&V services.

  • Quality of Work Consultant agrees that all Services performed under this Agreement will conform to the specifications of the College, be free from errors, and be of professional quality according to applicable industry standards. Upon notice by the College, Consultant will promptly correct any defects without charge to the College unless the request is considered new work by both parties.
