Welfare Fund. Section 1. On work covered by this Agreement, the Employer agrees to pay into the Indiana Laborers Welfare Fund an amount set forth on the wage schedule which is attached hereto and made a part hereof for each hour worked by Employees covered by this Agreement in addition to wages herein set out. Payment shall be made on the dates, in the manner, form and in accordance with the rules and regulations, as adopted by the Trustees of the herein mentioned Welfare Fund. The Employer may submit funds electronically.
