Common use of Welfare Fund Clause in Contracts

Welfare Fund. Section 1. The University shall contribute to the Welfare Fund of IATSE Local One for each full- time and hourly employee who is covered by such Welfare Fund as follows: Effective May 14, 2017, the contribution rate to the Welfare Fund of IATSE Local One, will be eight and one-half percent (8.5%) of the gross monthly earnings of all bargaining unit employees. Effective May 14, 2018, the contribution rate to the Welare Fund of IATSE Local One, will be ten percent (10%) of the gross monthly earnings of all bargaining unit employees.

Effective May 14, 2018, the contribution rate to the Welare Fund of IATSE Local One, will be ten percent (107%) of the gross monthly earnings of all bargaining unit employees.
