WELL RECORDS, LOGS AND REPORTS. 25.01 Lessee shall keep a daily drilling record which describes the formations penetrated, and the depth and volumes of water, oil, gas, and liquid hydrocarbons found while drilling each well on the leased premises. An accurate well location plat and any other data that are acquired during the drilling and completion operations for each well, including but not limited to those items listed in Section 26.01 (Confidentiality), shall be provided to the Department within ninety (90) days of the data’s collection, or upon oral or written request by the Department and within a timeframe specified by the Department. All above-described data shall be submitted in both hard-copy and digital forms. Digital well logs shall be submitted in .LAS format.

WELL RECORDS, LOGS AND REPORTS. 13.1 Within thirty (30) days of written request by Commission, Producer shall furnish to Commission production and status reports as required by 25 Pa. Code §78.121 for submission to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection for any xxxxx drilled and completed upon lands unitized with the Premises. Furthermore, within thirty (30) days of written request by Commission, Producer shall furnish to Commission well records and completion reports as required by 25 Pa. Code §78.122 for submission to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection for any xxxxx drilled and completed upon lands unitized with the Premises.

  • Financial Records and Reports Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Participant’s relevant financial records associated with this Agreement shall not be subject to examination or audit by NASA.

  • Records and Reports The contractor shall keep such records as necessary to document compliance with the EEO requirements. Such records shall be retained for a period of three years following the date of the final payment to the contractor for all contract work and shall be available at reasonable times and places for inspection by authorized representatives of the contracting agency and the FHWA.

  • RECORDS, INFORMATION AND REPORTS Contractor shall maintain full and accurate records with respect to all matters covered under this Agreement.   • BOOKS, RECORDS, AND REPORTS 6 19. The Contractor shall establish and maintain accounts and other books and records 7 pertaining to administration of the terms and conditions of this Settlement Contract, including: 8 the Contractor's financial transactions, water supply data, and Project land and right-of-way 9 agreements; the water users' land-use (crop census), land ownership, land-leasing and water use 10 data; and other matters that the Contracting Officer may require. Reports thereon shall be 11 furnished to the Contracting Officer in such form and on such date or dates as the Contracting 12 Officer may require. Subject to applicable Federal laws and regulations, each party to this 13 Settlement Contract shall have the right during office hours to examine and make copies of each 14 other’s books and official records relating to matters covered by this Settlement Contract.

  • ACCESS TO SECURITY LOGS AND REPORTS Upon request, the Contractor shall provide access to security logs and reports to the State or Authorized User in a format as specified in the Authorized User Agreement.

  • Filings and Reports (a) Each year during the term of the Fee Agreement, the Company and any Sponsor Affiliates shall deliver to the County, the County Auditor, the County Assessor and the County Treasurer a copy of their most recent annual filings with the Department with respect to the Project, not later than thirty (30) days following delivery thereof to the Department.

  • Inspections and Reports 2.1 The department may inspect, in the manner and at reasonable times it considers appropriate, all the contractor's facilities and activities under this contract.

  • ACCESS TO RECORDS AND REPORTS The Contractor must maintain an acceptable cost accounting system. The Contractor agrees to provide the Sponsor, the Federal Aviation Administration, and the Comptroller General of the United States or any of their duly authorized representatives access to any books, documents, papers, and records of the contractor which are directly pertinent to the specific contract for the purpose of making audit, examination, excerpts and transcriptions. The Contractor agrees to maintain all books, records and reports required under this contract for a period of not less than three years after final payment is made and all pending matters are closed.
