Whale Disentanglement Team. All members of Marine Patrol’s whale disentanglement team shall be paid ten dollars ($10.00) an hour, in addition to their appropriate hourly rate, for all hours on scene of a whale or sea turtle disentanglement. Agency management shall determine the size of the whale disentanglement team.
