When any non-employee. JNESO official desires to conduct JNESO business, she/he shall notify the office of the Administrator of Human Resources of her/his presence in PMC. JNESO representatives shall be permitted reasonable time while on duty to conduct legitimate contract business. In no event shall activities be engaged in which interfere with the efficient and proper functions of PMC. An employee JNESO representative intending to go to a unit other than the one she/he represents must receive permission from her/his Supervisor to leave the unit in which she/he works and the permission of the Supervisor of the unit she/he is entering. Such visits shall not interfere with the operations of PMC.
