WHEN YOU CAN SHARE INFORMATION. 16.1 The Supplier must tell the Buyer within 48 hours if it receives a Request For Information.
16.2 In accordance with a reasonable timetable and in any event within 5 Working Days of a request from the Buyer, the Supplier must give the Buyer full co-operation and information needed so the Buyer can:
16.2.1 comply with any Request For Information
16.2.2 if the Contract has a value over the relevant threshold in Part 2 of the Regulations, comply with any of its obligations in relation to publishing Transparency Information.
16.3 To the extent that it is allowed and practical to do so, the Buyer will use reasonable endeavours to notify the Supplier of a Request For Information and may talk to the Supplier to help it decide whether to publish information under clause 16. However, the extent, content and format of the disclosure is the Buyer’s decision in its absolute discretion.

16.2 Within five (5) Working Days of the Buyer’s request the Supplier must give CCS and each Buyer full co- operation and information needed so the Buyer can:
(a) publish the Transparency Information;
(b) comply with any Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request; and/or
(c) comply with any Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) request.
16.3 The Relevant Authority may talk to the Supplier to help it decide whether to publish information under Clause 16. However, the extent, content and format of the disclosure is the Relevant Authority’s decision in its absolute discretion.

Within five (5) Working Days of CCS’ request the Supplier must give CCS full co-operation and information needed so CCS can: publish the Transparency Information; comply with any Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request; and/or comply with any Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) request. CCS may talk to the Supplier to help it decide whether to publish information under clause 16. However, the extent, content and format of the disclosure is CCS’ decision, in its absolute discretion.
