Whenever Unemployment Insurance. Separation Certificates and pay cheques and vacation pay monies are not given to the employee at the time of termination, they shall be sent by the Employer to the employee by registered mail, to his last known address on file with the Employer, within seventy-two (72) hours of the time of termination.
