Where the head of service and the employee cannot agree about the arrangements for recovery of an overpayment, the overpayment must be recovered in accordance with an arrangement as determined by the head of service under section 246 of the PSM Act.

The Dallas County Community College District Dual Credit program falls under Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board Rule 19 TAC §§ 4.81-4.85, “Dual Credit Partnerships Between Secondary Schools and Texas Public Institutions of Higher Education.” Services under this Agreement are limited exclusively to Dual Credit for a tuition scholarship for approved Dual Credit courses (Attachment B).
