WHOLE AGREEMENT CLAUSE. 14.1 This Compromise Agreement constitutes the whole and only agreement between the Employer and the Employee relating to its subject matter and save supersedes and extinguishes any other agreement, document or pre-contractual statement relating to the same subject matter. The Employer and Employee each acknowledge that it has not relied upon any pre-contractual statements in agreeing to enter into this Compromise Agreement.
WHOLE AGREEMENT CLAUSE. This contract and the terms incorporated in it from the staff handbook contains the whole agreement between you and Entrust and supersedes all previous offer letters, contracts, agreements, arrangements or understandings whether oral or written. No amendment to this contract will be legally binding unless made in writing and signed on behalf of Entrust by a duly authorised person.
WHOLE AGREEMENT CLAUSE. 10.7.1 The Sale Agreement constitutes the entire and sole agreement of the Parties in relation to the dispositions the subject thereof, and it replaces and cancels any written or oral contract, agreement or exchange of letters that might have taken place between the Parties prior to the date hereof and in relation to the same subject matter. It may only be amended or altered by a document signed by each of the Parties.
WHOLE AGREEMENT CLAUSE. Section 1. The parties acknowledge that during the negotiations, each had the unlimited right to make demands with respect to any subject, and that the understandings and agreements are set forth in this Agreement. Therefore, the Company and the Union for the life of the Agreement, each waives the right and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to, or covered in this Agreement, even though such subject or matter may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time they negotiated or signed this Agreement. This does not preclude the parties from mutually agreeing to supplement or modify any portion of the Agreement during its term. However, any such supplement or modification which waives or modifies any of the terms of this Agreement must be made and executed in writing between the parties.

WHOLE AGREEMENT CLAUSE. All the litigation between franchisors and franchisees in which I have been instructed has come about because the franchisee believed that he or she had been misled by the franchisor.
WHOLE AGREEMENT CLAUSE. This Agreement, the Pension and Insurance Agreement and the SUB Agreement, are the sole and controlling source of employees' rights and benefits, privileges and compensation shall be governed solely by these Agreements without regard or reference to practices or policies of the employer or past practices of the parties as they may have existed before the effective date of this Agreement.
