Window Washing Sample Clauses

The Window Washing clause outlines the responsibilities and requirements for cleaning and maintaining windows within a property or building. Typically, it specifies how often window washing must occur, who is responsible for arranging and paying for the service, and any standards or methods to be followed. For example, it may require that windows be cleaned quarterly by a professional service, with costs borne by the tenant or landlord. This clause ensures that the property remains presentable and hygienic, preventing disputes over cleanliness and maintenance obligations.
