List of Services. Landlord shall provide the following services, and no others, on all days during the Term, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, unless otherwise stated: (i) Subject to subparagraph 7(b) hereof, Landlord shall provide heating and air conditioning during the applicable heating and cooling seasons, when necessary for normal comfort in the Premises, provided the Premises is occupied by no more than the maximum number of people permitted under this Lease using standard office equipment (but Landlord shall not be required to provide heating or air conditioning to any extent in excess of that which is within the parameters of any federal, state or local requirements or recommendations which may be applicable or with which Landlord in good faith may decide to comply) from Monday through Friday, during the period from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, holidays excepted. Tenant, within ten (10) days after its receipt of each bill therefor, will pay for all heating and air conditioning requested and furnished at other times or required due to heat producing equipment, or equipment requiring a controlled climate, installed by or for Tenant at rates to be established from time to time by Landlord, which is $150.00 per hour as of the Commencement Date. (ii) Subject to subparagraph 7(b) hereof, Landlord shall provide electrical energy for standard building lighting fixtures provided by Landlord and for the operation of desk top portable office equipment, provided that (A) the connected electrical load of such equipment does not exceed an average of seven (7) wxxxx per usable square foot of the Premises and (B) the electricity so furnished for equipment uses will be at a nominal 120 volts and no electrical circuit for the supply of such use need have a current capacity exceeding 20 amperes. If Tenant’s requirements for electricity are in excess of those set forth in the preceding sentence, and if, in Landlord’s sole judgment, Landlord’s facilities are inadequate for such additional requirements and if electrical energy for such additional requirements is available to Landlord, Landlord upon written request and at the sole cost and expense of Tenant will furnish and install, or, at Landlord’s sole discretion, permit Tenant to furnish and install, such additional wires, risers, conduits, feeders and switchboards as reasonably may be required to supply such additional requirements of Tenant provided (1) that the same shall be permitted by appli...

List of Services. Below is a list of services funded under this Agreement. The list is only for direct services to victims of child abuse or their non-offending family member/caregiver. The services will augment, but not duplicate, services provided by state agencies i.e. the victim of child abuse or their non-offending family member(s) has already received one of the below services from the CAC and the service provided under this agreement is for additional services not funded by other state agencies. The child or non-offending caregiver must have already received services, which are listed below, before the CACs can use the DCF grant funds under this Agreement for the same child or non-offending caregiver. • Primary victim is defined as: the child who has alleged abuse/neglect/witness to violence, drug endangered etc. (refer to the National Children’s Alliance (“NCA”) Standards and NCA required statistics reporting). If two siblings make allegations, then there are two primary victims. • Direct service is direct contact with a person – not just leaving a message or sending correspondence. Advocacy services include the following activities on behalf of/for the primary victim and/or family member/caregiver and child witness: • Crisis assessment and intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning and support for children and family member/caregiver at all stages of involvement with CAC • Assessment of individual needs and cultural considerations for the child and family to ensure those needs are addressed • Presence at CAC during the forensic interview in order to participate in information sharing; inform and support family about the coordinated, multidisciplinary response; and assess needs of child and non-offending family member/caregiver • Provision of education and access to victims’ rights and crime victims’ compensation • Assistance in procuring concrete services (housing, protective orders, domestic violence intervention, food, transportation, public assistance etc.) • Provision of referrals for specialized, trauma focused, evidence-supported mental health and medical treatment, if not provided at the CAC • Access to transportation to interviews, court, treatment and other case-related meetings • Engagement in child and family response regarding participation in the investigation and/or prosecution • Participation in case review in order to discuss the unique needs of the child and family and plan associated support services, ensure the seamless coordination of se...
List of Services. Landlord shall provide the following services, and no others, on all days during the Term (except where limited below) and any extensions thereof, unless otherwise provided as set forth below: (i) Subject to subparagraph 7(b) hereof, Landlord shall provide to the Premises (via connection points located at or within reasonable proximity to the perimeter of the Premises) heating and air conditioning during the applicable heating and cooling seasons so that, when distributed within the Premises through properly designed, sized, installed and maintained systems, meet the performance specifications (the "HVAC Specifications") set forth on Exhibit "H" (but Landlord shall not be required to provide heating or air conditioning to any extent in excess of that which is within the parameters of any federal, state or local requirements or recommendations which may be applicable or with which Landlord in good faith may decide to comply after written notice to Tenant) from Monday through Friday, during the period from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, holidays excepted, and on other days or times upon request of Tenant and at the after-hours charges hereinafter specified. Tenant acknowledges that Tenant shall be responsible for the installation of properly designed and sized HVAC distribution systems within the Premises as a part of the Tenant's Work. Tenant, within twenty (20) days after its receipt of each xxxx therefor, will pay for all after-hours heating and air conditioning requested and furnished at the regular rates to be reasonably and competitively established from time to time by Landlord. List of Services. Landlord shall provide the following services on all days during the Term, except Sundays and legal Federal holidays, unless otherwise stated: (i) Heating, ventilation and air conditioning service ("HVAC Service") when necessary for normal comfort in the Leased Premises, from Monday through Friday, during the period from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturday during the period from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (such periods are hereinafter referred to as "Standard Building Hours"). Subject to the terms and provisions of this Lease, Landlord shall furnish HVAC Service to the Leased Premises during any period of time other than Standard Building Hours upon Tenant's written request on Landlord's tenant work order form; provided, however, any such request shall be made during, and at least six (6) hours prior to the expiration of, Standard Building Hours on a weekday, other than a Federal holiday. The minimum period of HVAC Service that may be so requested is four (4) consecutive hours. Tenant will pay for all such HVAC Service so requested and furnished at Landlord's actual and direct costs therefor, with no markup by Landlord. To the extent another tenant, on the same floor in the Building as the floor to which Tenant has requested such HVAC Service for a period of time, has requested that such HVAC Service be provided during all or part of the same period, Landlord shall prorate the cost of such simultaneous HVAC Service between Tenant and such other tenant based on the proportionate sizes of Tenant's space and such other tenant's space to which simultaneous HVAC Service was furnished. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Landlord reserves the right to increase the hours and/or days during which the Standard Building Hours of the Building shall occur.
