Common use of Withdrawal of Grievance Clause in Contracts

Withdrawal of Grievance. (a) A grievance may be withdrawn at any level without prejudice or record. However, if the grievance is withdrawn after arbitration has been requested, and the withdrawal is not pursuant to a settlement of the grievance, the ASSOCIATION shall bear the costs of said cancellation.
