Common use of WITHDRAWAL OF OVERTIME Clause in Contracts

WITHDRAWAL OF OVERTIME. The Company shall not, without good reason and without a minimum of two hours’ notice on any day, withdraw rostered or additional overtime. Periods of notice shall be within the rostered working day or for the minimum period at the commencement of work on an overtime shift. The Company may withdraw overtime without notice in the case of likely occurrence of any industrial action which affects the Project. Industrial action shall include strikes, bans, limitations or any other form of work restriction.

Periods of notice shall be within the rostered working day or for the minimum period at the commencement of work on an overtime shift. The Company Employer may withdraw either rostered or additional overtime without notice in the case of likely occurrence of any industrial action by the union party to this Agreement, which affects the Projectwork being under taken by the Employer. Industrial action shall include strikes, bans, limitations or any other form of work industrial restriction.
