Withdrawal of Repurchase Notice or Fundamental Change Repurchase Notice. (a) A Repurchase Notice or Fundamental Change Repurchase Notice may be withdrawn (in whole or in part) by means of a duly completed written notice of withdrawal delivered to the Corporate Trust Office in accordance with this Section 15.03 at any time prior to the close of business on the second Business Day immediately preceding the Repurchase Date or prior to the close of business on the second Business Day immediately preceding the Fundamental Change Repurchase Date, as the case may be, specifying:
(i) the principal amount of the Notes with respect to which such notice of withdrawal is being submitted,
(ii) if Physical Notes have been issued, the certificate number of the Note in respect of which such notice of withdrawal is being submitted, and
(iii) the principal amount, if any, of such Note that remains subject to the original Repurchase Notice or Fundamental Change Repurchase Notice, as the case may be, which portion must be in principal amounts of US$1,000 or an integral multiple of US$1,000; provided, however, that if the Notes are Global Notes, the notice must comply with appropriate procedures of the Depositary.
Withdrawal of Repurchase Notice or Fundamental Change Repurchase Notice. (a) A Repurchase Notice or Fundamental Change Repurchase Notice may be withdrawn (in whole or in part) by means of a duly completed written notice of withdrawal delivered to the Trustee, Paying Agent or any other agent appointed for such purpose in accordance with this Section 15.03 (
Withdrawal of Repurchase Notice or Fundamental Change Repurchase Notice. A Fundamental Change Repurchase Notice may be withdrawn (in whole or in part) by means of a duly completed written notice of withdrawal delivered to the Company in accordance with this Section 5.5 at any time prior to the close of business on the second Business Day immediately preceding the Fundamental Change Repurchase Date, specifying (a) the principal amount of the Note with respect to which such notice of withdrawal is being submitted and (b) the principal amount, if any, of the Note that remains subject to the original Fundamental Change Repurchase Notice, which portion must be in principal amounts of at least US$100,000,000 or such lesser amount then held by the Holder.
Withdrawal of Repurchase Notice or Fundamental Change Repurchase Notice. A Fundamental Change Repurchase Notice may be withdrawn (in whole or in part) by means of a duly completed written notice of withdrawal delivered to the Company in accordance with this Section 5.5 at any time prior to the close of business on the second Business Day immediately preceding the Fundamental Change Repurchase Date, specifying (a) the principal amount of the Note with respect to which such notice of withdrawal is being submitted and (b) the principal amount, if any, of the Note that remains subject to the original Fundamental Change Repurchase Notice.
Withdrawal of Repurchase Notice or Fundamental Change Repurchase Notice. A Repurchase Notice or Fundamental Change Repurchase Notice, as the case may be, may be withdrawn by means of a written notice of withdrawal delivered to the Company at any time prior to the close of business on the second Business Day prior to the Repurchase Date or prior to the close of business on the second Business Day prior to the Fundamental Change Repurchase Date, as the case may be, specifying:
(i) the certificate number of the Notes in respect of which such notice of withdrawal is being submitted,
(ii) the principal amount of the Notes with respect to which such notice of withdrawal is being submitted, and
(iii) the principal amount, if any, of such Notes that remains subject to the original Repurchase Notice or Fundamental Change Repurchase Notice, as the case may be, which portion must be in principal amounts of $1,000 or an integral multiple of $1,000.
Withdrawal of Repurchase Notice or Fundamental Change Repurchase Notice. The Paying Agent (or any other agent appointed for this purpose) shall promptly notify the Company of the receipt by it of any Fundamental Change Repurchase Notice or written notice of withdrawal thereof.
Withdrawal of Repurchase Notice or Fundamental Change Repurchase Notice. On or before the 10th calendar day after the occurrence of a Fundamental Change, the Company shall provide to all Holders and the Trustee, the Paying Agent and the Conversion Agent or any other agent appointed for such purpose a written notice (the “Fundamental Change Company Notice”) of the occurrence of the Fundamental Change and of the repurchase right at the option of the Holders arising as a result thereof. In the case of Physical Notes, such notice shall be by first class mail or, in the case of Global Notes, such notice may be delivered electronically in accordance with the applicable rules and procedures of Euroclear and/or Clearstream. Simultaneously with providing such notice, the Company shall publish a notice containing the information set forth in the Fundamental Change Company Notice in a newspaper of general circulation in The City of New York or publish such information on the Company’s website or through such other public medium as the Company may use at that time. Each Fundamental Change Company Notice shall specify:

(i) the principal amount of the Notes with respect to which such notice of withdrawal is being submitted, which must be in minimum denominations of $1,000 or an integral multiple thereof,
(ii) if Physical Notes have been issued, the certificate number of the Note in respect of which such notice of withdrawal is being submitted, and
(iii) the principal amount, if any, of such Note that remains subject to the original Repurchase Notice or Fundamental Change Repurchase Notice, which portion must be in principal amounts of $1,000 or an integral multiple of $1,000; provided, however, that if the Notes are Global Notes, the notice must comply with Applicable Procedures of the Depositary.
Withdrawal of Repurchase Notice or Fundamental Change Repurchase Notice. (a) A Repurchase Notice or Fundamental Change Repurchase Notice may be withdrawn with respect to all or a portion of the Notes to which such Repurchase Notice or Fundamental Change Repurchase Notice relates by means of a written notice of withdrawal delivered to the Corporate Trust Office of the Paying Agent in accordance with this Section 15.03 at any time prior to the close of business on the Repurchase Date or prior to the close of business on the Fundamental Change Repurchase Date, as the case may be, specifying:
(i) the principal amount of the Notes with respect to which such notice of withdrawal is being submitted, which must be in multiples of $1,000,
(ii) if Physical Notes have been issued, the certificate number of the Note in respect of which such notice of withdrawal is being submitted, and
(iii) the principal amount, if any, of such Note that remains subject to the original Repurchase Notice or Fundamental Change Repurchase Notice, as the case may be, which portion must be in multiples of $1,000; provided, however, that if the Notes are Global Notes, the notice must comply with appropriate procedures of the Depositary. If a Repurchase Notice or Fundamental Change Repurchase Notice is given and withdrawn within the period beginning at any time from the opening of business on the date that is 20 Business Days prior to the Repurchase Date or the Fundamental Change Repurchase Date, as the case may be, until the close of business on the Repurchase Date or the Fundamental Change Repurchase Date, as the case may be, the Company will not be obligated to repurchase the Notes or the portion of Notes listed in the notice of withdrawal.
Withdrawal of Repurchase Notice or Fundamental Change Repurchase Notice. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no Notes may be repurchased by the Company at the option of the Holders on the Repurchase Date if the principal amount of the Notes has been accelerated, and such acceleration has not been rescinded, on or prior to such Repurchase Date (except in the case of an acceleration resulting from a default by the Company in the payment of the Repurchase Price with respect to such Notes). The Trustee will promptly return to the respective Holders thereof any Physical Notes held by it during the acceleration of the Notes (except in the case of an acceleration resulting from a default by the Company in the payment of the Repurchase Price with respect to such Notes), or any instructions for book-entry transfer of the Notes in compliance with the rules and procedures of Euroclear and/or Clearstream shall be deemed to have been cancelled, and, upon such return or cancellation, as the case may be, the Repurchase Notice with respect thereto shall be deemed to have been withdrawn.
