Withdrawing Funds from Your Account. We will attempt to process all withdrawal requests in a prompt manner considering other actions and transactions that may be in process for your Account at the time of your withdrawal request, including Strategy changes, rebalancing transactions and other trading activity pending at the time. If your withdrawal request requires the liquidation of any securities, it may take up to 10 business days or longer to process such as during periods of extreme market volatility. Frequent withdrawals may affect the performance, asset allocation and achievement of your investment goal for your Account. Xxxxxxx Xxxxx reserves the right to liquidate, redeem or exchange mutual funds that are transferred from an Account to a brokerage account Custody MLPF&S will act as custodian for the assets through your brokerage or other account.

Withdrawing Funds from Your Account. You may only withdraw U.S. dollars from your Account at any time via the App and pursuant to an Authorized Transfer. Such U.S. dollar withdrawals will then be credited to your account at your App Provider. Withdrawals may take up to three (3) days to complete, provided that larger withdrawals may take up to thirty (30) days to complete. Please note that any withdrawal of fiat currency may be delayed as necessary to comply with applicable law and/or the Exchange’s compliance program, including verification of customer identification and anti-money laundering procedures.
