Work Before or After Regularly Scheduled Hours. All work before or after the regularly scheduled hours shall be voluntary and shall be rotated among qualified volunteers. If there are no volunteers, the Administration may assign workers among those qualified. All work before or after regularly scheduled hours up to forty (40) shall be paid at the rates specified in this contract.
