Work During Vacation. Should an employee who has commenced her scheduled vacation and agrees upon request by the County to return to perform work during the vacation period, then that employee shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1.5) times her basic straight-time rate for all hours so worked. To replace the originally scheduled days on which such work was performed, the employee will receive one (1) vacation lieu day off for each day on which she has so worked. A vacation lieu day shall be interpreted as the number of hours of vacation credits an employee would have used had he remained on vacation and not worked on that day. There must be twenty-four
