Common use of Work During Vacation Clause in Contracts

Work During Vacation. When an Employee agrees to come into work at the request of the Employer while on scheduled vacation, s/he shall be paid at double her/his regular hourly rate of pay for all hours worked and the vacation hours shall be re-scheduled to be taken at a time convenient to the Employee and the Employer.
