WORK HOURS AND WORK YEAR. A. The Employer will set forth work schedules and assignments which can be reasonably completed within the unit member's normal work week. B. All bargaining unit members shall be entitled to a duty-free, uninterrupted lunch period of at least thirty (30) minutes in duration. C. A fifteen (15) minute break shall be allowed both in the a.m. and in the p.m. D. The beginning and ending time of the workday, time for lunch period, and specific times for breaks shall be established by the immediate supervisor. 1.
