Work in a different. classification a. If the job is a higher rated classification, the employee shall receive the rate for the new position which allows for an increase to her current rate of at least twenty-five cents ($0.25) per hour. b. If the job is a lower rated classification, the employee will receive the rate closest to his or her current rate. c. If the job is in a same rated classification, the employee will retain his or her current rate.
