WORK IN A HIGHER. CLASSIFICATION Any employee who performs work in a higher classification for two (2) hours or more (except for rest periods and meal relief), shall be paid at a rate based on the time worked in each classification. The employee’s rate of pay for such hours worked shall be at the same step in the higher classification.
