Work in Different Classifications. Within sixty (60) days of April 1, 2022, the Employer intends to review and resolve with the Union any issues where non-cashiers are believed to be performing Cashiers’ duties to the extent that it may take away a shift that could be available to Cashiers. The parties agree that if a regular pattern of shift extensions can be shown, as it pertains to a regular scheduling practice, at a specific store location, the issue of extensions will be discussed and reviewed as part of this committee. In addition, the parties will review and resolve concerns pertaining to full time employees being assigned to perform duties outside of their own department. The parties shall meet to review with a goal of minimizing the amount of cashing done by non-cashiers or work being performed by full time employees outside of their own department.
