Common use of WORK LOAD EQUITY Clause in Contracts

WORK LOAD EQUITY. The District and the Association agree that the pupil-teacher ratio is an important factor in maintaining quality education. For this reason, any teacher who believes that his/her class size or work load is excessive compared to other teachers in the District shall have the right to discuss this matter with the immediate supervisor. If the teacher is not satisfied following this discussion, he/she may discuss the matter next with the Superintendent or may suggest options for the District to consider.
