Work Not Required on Holidays. Each employee whose job does not require him/her to work on a holiday shall ordinarily receive the holiday off and shall receive his/her regular week’s pay for the week in which the holiday falls. When such employee is called in to work on a holiday, in addition to his/her regular week’s pay, he/she shall receive overtime pay at the applicable rate and shall be guaranteed a full day of work.
