Work on a Statutory Holiday. If any regular or probationary employee is required to work on the day that one of the above Statutory Holidays falls and is celebrated, they shall be paid an additional two times (2x) their regular pay for all such hours actually worked on that day.
Work on a Statutory Holiday. An employee who works on a Statutory Holiday, shall be paid two (2) times the employee’s rate of pay for all hours worked.
Work on a Statutory Holiday. Where a regular or probationary employee is scheduled to work on a statutory holiday, he/she shall be compensated at the rate of double time (2x) for all hours worked on such day and be given a day off with pay in lieu of the holiday.
Work on a Statutory Holiday. Where an employee is required to work on a statutory holiday, the employee will be paid one and a half (1½) times the employee’s regular wage for the time worked on the statutory holiday, up to twelve (12) hours and double (2x) the employee’s regular wage for any time worked over twelve (12) hours on that day. The employee is not entitled to a day off in lieu of the statutory holiday where they have worked on the statutory holiday.
Work on a Statutory Holiday. Where a regular employee is scheduled to work on a statutory holiday, the employee shall be paid at time and one-half (1½x) their normal wage/salary for all hours worked up to eleven (11) hours and double time (2x) their normal wage/salary for all hours worked in excess of eleven (11) hours and be given a day off with pay in lieu of the statutory holiday. Where a casual or casual stage employee is scheduled to work on a statutory holiday, the employee shall be paid at time and one-half (1½x) their normal wage/salary for all hours worked up to eleven (11) hours and double time (2x) their normal wage/salary for all hours worked in excess of eleven (11) hours.
Work on a Statutory Holiday. Employees whose regular shift does not require them to work on the Statutory Holidays provided herein but who are called in to work on a statutory holiday, or an equivalent day off, shall be paid in accordance with the overtime provisions of Article 24 in addition to their regular salary.
Work on a Statutory Holiday. The rate to be paid for all hours worked by regular employees on statutory holidays, shall be two (2) times such employee's classification rate. This rate shall be paid in addition to the normal pay the employee would receive for that day had he not worked.
Work on a Statutory Holiday. Where a casual stage employee is scheduled to work on a statutory holiday, the employee shall be paid at time and one half times (1½x) their normal straight time wage/salary for all hours worked up to eleven (11) hours and double time (2x) their normal straight time wage/salary for all hours worked in excess of eleven (11) hours.
Work on a Statutory Holiday. Work performed on a Statutory Holiday shall be paid at one and one half (1 ½ ) times his regular hourly wage for all hours worked, in addition to regular pay or a paid day off in lieu for that day. All worked performed over twelve (12) hours in that day shall be paid at two (2) times his regular hourly wage.
Work on a Statutory Holiday. Any time worked on a Statutory Holiday shall be paid overtime rates in accordance with Sections 19.03 a) and c) (Authorization of Overtime Compensation). In addition, the employee shall have a day off with pay at a mutually agreeable time.
