Work on a Statutory Holiday. Work performed on a Statutory Holiday shall be paid at one and one half (1 ½ ) times his regular hourly wage for all hours worked, in addition to regular pay or a paid day off in lieu for that day. All worked performed over twelve (12) hours in that day shall be paid at two (2) times his regular hourly wage.
