Work Out of Classification. An employee may be required by his or her supervisor or manager to perform duties inconsistent with those assigned to that employee’s classification. When such employee is assigned the duties of a classification in a higher range for a period of more than five (5) work days within a 30 day calendar period, the employee’s salary shall be adjusted as provided in Section l(f) of this Article for the entire period the employee is required to work out of classification.
