WORK PERFORMED BY SUPERVISORS. 1. Supervisory employees shall not be permitted to perform work within the bargaining unit, except in cases of an emergency arising out of an unforeseen circumstance which calls for immediate attention and the instruction or training of employees, including demonstrating the proper method to accomplish an assigned task. Additionally, the Employer agrees that it will not subcontract work in which it has the proper manpower, equipment capacity and ability to perform in an economic manner with regular employees.
