Work Safety. The Contractor shall provide and enforce a safe work environment as prescribed in the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as amended. The Contractor will provide such safety equipment, training and supervision as may be required by the Municipality and/or Government. The Contractor shall ensure that its subcontracts contain a similar safety provision.
