Work Schedules and Shifts. It is recognized that the staffing, preparation, posting and administration of work schedules and shifts is the responsibility of the Company. The Company agrees that prior to implementing new or revised shifts or work schedules these will be discussed with the Union and the Union's recommendations will be given full consideration. NOTE 1: The Company may, with the concurrence of the majority of employees involved, implement a 6-3 type work schedule or equivalent variations thereof. In such cases, the standard work week may be modified accordingly.
