WORK YEAR/WORK DAY. A. Child Study Team Work Year The total number of working days for Child Study Team members may exceed the limitation in Section A.1. above, provided the employees are compensated the following number of hours at the hourly curriculum rate for each pupil evaluation performed beyond the regular work year: The staff member serving as case manager will be given an additional 4 - 5 hours. The Director of Pupil Services shall determine the appropriate number of hours to be compensated within the above ranges based on the circumstances of the particular evaluation. Additional hours may be provided at the discretion of the Director of Pupil Services based on extenuating circumstances. B. Work Day
