Workers' Compensation Leave. Upon return from a Worker’s Compensation claim, the Employee shall retain and accrue seniority and return to his/her former position, if available. If the former position is not available, the Employee shall bump the lowest seniored Employee in his/her classification in order to be assigned a position or assignment.
