Worker’s Insurance. The employer agrees to carry a worker’s compensation insurance policy or a homeowner’s insurance policy that covers the nanny for work-related injuries.
Worker’s Insurance. The Contractor will maintain workers' compensation insurance with statutory limits as required by the State of Tennessee, or if applicable, the U.S. Longshoremen's and Harbor Workers' Compensation Acts, or other laws as required by labor union agreements; and employers' liability insurance with limits of not less than One Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00). The Contractor will require each of its subcontractors to provide workers' compensation for all of the latter's employees to be engaged in such work, unless such employees are covered by the Contractor's workers' compensation insurance coverage.

  • Owner’s Insurance Owner will be responsible for purchasing and maintaining Owner’s liability insurance and other reasonably appropriate insurance.

  • Workers’ Compensation The Contractor acknowledges the State of California requires every employer to be insured against liability for workers’ compensation or to undertake self-insurance in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Code.   • Workers’ Compensation Insurance Contractor shall obtain and maintain a policy of workers’ compensation insurance for all of Contractor’s employees in accordance with the provisions of Labor Code Sections 3700, et seq., and all other applicable laws and requirements. In case any class of employee is not protected under the workers’ compensation laws for any reason, Contractor shall provide adequate coverage as shall be necessary for the protection of such employees. Prior to commencement of the Work, Contractor shall sign and file with District a certification regarding insurance for workers’ compensation in accordance with Labor Code Section 1861.

  • FDIC Insurance For any deposit accounts you open, the FDIC requires Bank to disclose, and you hereby acknowledge, that deposits held by Evolve Bank & Trust are insured up to $250,000 federal deposit insurance limit, per depositor for each ownership category.

  • Insurance The Company and the Subsidiaries are insured by insurers of recognized financial responsibility against such losses and risks and in such amounts as are prudent and customary in the businesses in which the Company and the Subsidiaries are engaged, including, but not limited to, directors and officers insurance coverage.
