Working Day Before and Day After. In order to be entitled to payment for a Statutory Holiday, an employee must work all of their last regularly scheduled day of work before the Statutory Holiday and all of their regular scheduled day of work after the Statutory Holiday, unless the employee is ill, on authorized vacation or an authorized leave of absence.
