WORKING ON A GENERAL XXXXXXX. Where an employee is required to work on a general holiday, pay shall be at double the regular rate of pay for all hours worked on the holiday. In addition, the employee shall receive another day off in lieu of the holiday with the regular pay they would have been entitled to on the holiday had they not been required to work.
