Workload Complaint. (i) Either the Union or the Home may submit a complaint in writing relating to workload to the Labour Management Committee. In this regard, workload complaint means the assignment to an individual employee or group of employees of a resident or residents that is not consistent with proper resident care. (ii) The written workload complaint, to the extent possible, should be detailed as to facts and reasons.
