WORKLOAD MANAGEMENT REVIEW PROCESS. A workload review can be initiated by the Agency, Management or the employee. The review is initiated to increase the likelihood that the individual employee or the team workload will not exceed the desired caseload / workload. When an employee believes that his/her workload is unmanageable, the employee may request a workload assessment using the following process:

  • Review Process A/E's Work Product will be reviewed by County under its applicable technical requirements and procedures, as follows:
