WORKSAFE BC. (a) Where an employee is on a claim recognized by WorkSafe BC, the employee shall be entitled to leave at his regular rate of pay up to a maximum of six (6) months per claim. An employee shall continue to accrue seniority and shall be maintained on College paid benefit plans during the leave. Vacation shall be earned during the first six (6) months of the leave only.
