Common use of WORKSAFE BC Clause in Contracts

Vacation and sick leave shall be earned during the first sixsix (6) months of the leave only. (b) After the first six (6) months, compensation payments from WorkSafe BC will be sent directly to the employee. All employee benefit premiums normally paid by the College shall continue during this leave.
