WorksafeBC Occupational First Aid Attendant Stipend. 37.9.1 An employee who holds a valid WorksafeBC Occupational First Aid Level II certificate and who is requested by OC and who agrees to act as a campus first aid attendant shall receive a bi-weekly stipend of $45.00. 37.9.2 The preceding stipend shall be adjusted to equal any higher amounts awarded to any of OC’s other certified bargaining units.
