WORKSITE HAZARDS. The Contractor shall identify worksite hazards and shall develop operational occupational safety policies, procedures and plans that are specific to those hazardous aspects of the Project or the O&M to ensure the safety of every person at a construction or maintenance site and the public travelling through the site. When requested by the Province, the Contractor shall provide copies of these safety policies, procedures and plans prior to the commencement of the work. If Workplace Health and Safety conducts a worksite inspection that results in "orders" being issued to the Contractor or any of its subcontractors, the Contractor shall immediately supply copies of these orders to the Province. Notwithstanding the above, the Province may order the suspension of work in cases of recognized imminent danger or when the Contractor fails to comply with Workplace Health and Safety orders issued or fails to rectify previously identified worksite hazards.

When requested by the Province, the Contractor shall provide copies of these safety policies, procedures and plans prior to the commencement of the work. If Workplace Health and Safety conducts a worksite inspection that results in "orders" being issued to the Contractor or any of its subcontractors, the Contractor shall immediately supply copies of these orders to the Province and the School Board. Notwithstanding the above, the Province may order the suspension of work in cases of recognized imminent danger or when the Contractor fails to comply with Workplace Health and Safety orders issued or fails to rectify previously identified worksite hazards.

When requested by the Province, the Contractor shall provide copies of these safety policies, procedures and plans prior to the commencement of the work. If Occupational Health and Safety or any other Governmental Authority conducts a worksite inspection that results in "orders" being issued to the Contractor or any of its subcontractors, the Contractor shall immediately supply copies of these orders to the Province. Notwithstanding the above, the Province may order the suspension of work in cases of recognized imminent danger or when the Contractor fails to comply with Occupational Health and Safety orders or any orders issued by any Governmental Authority or fails to rectify previously identified worksite hazards.

  • Fire Hazards Explosives and inflammable materials which conflict with the Insurance Underwriting or Fire Department must be excluded. The City Fire Department prohibits the use of paper, crepe paper, or corrugated papers, and cardboard that has not been flame proofed for decoration of exhibit booths. All cloth drapes or table covers must be treated for fire resistance. All boats and motorized vehicles must have fuel tanks sealed and batteries disconnected. The Fire Marshal may require fuel tanks to be drained and purged. All exhibits must be in compliance with ordinances and laws of the City and the State in which the Show is held.

  • Hazards The Tenant shall not undertake, or permit his/her family or guests to undertake, any hazardous acts or do anything that will increase the project's insurance premiums. Such action constitutes a material non-compliance. If the unit is damaged by fire, wind, or rain to the extent that the unit cannot be lived in and the damage is not caused or made worse by the Tenant, the Tenant will be responsible for rent only up to the date of the destruction. Additional rent will not accrue until the unit has been repaired to a livable condition.

  • Environmental Hazards (a) Except for matters described in Section 18(b), Borrower shall not cause or permit any of the following:

  • Hazard Something that is potentially dangerous or harmful, often the root cause of an unwanted outcome.

  • Nuclear Hazard This Exclusion 7. pertains to Nuclear Hazard to the extent set forth in M. Nuclear Hazard Clause under Section I – Conditions.

  • Area The sphere of operation shall be England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
