Common use of Workweek and Workday Definition Clause in Contracts

Workweek and Workday Definition. Any definition of an Employee’s normal workweek and workday stated in this Agreement shall not constitute a guarantee by the Employer of any number of hours per workday or per workweek. The normal workday for full-time Employees shall consist of 8, 10 or 12 hours within a twenty-four (24) hour period. Prior to any change in the length of the normal workday, as noted above, the Employer shall discuss the same with a Lodge representative and shall not make any change until five (5) calendar days after the meeting. The decision of the Director shall be final and binding.
