Written Notice of Disciplinary Action. No oral or written reprimand or other 16 disciplinary action shall result in an adverse entry in the personnel records of an 17 employee unless written notice of such entry is delivered or mailed to the employee 18 within ten (10) calendar days of the reprimand or other disciplinary action; and such 20 in writing within ten (10) calendar days from the receipt of the written notice. The 21 employee shall have the right to be accompanied at the interview by a representative of 22 the Association, and shall also have the right to have a written rebuttal to such adverse 23 entry entered in the personnel records.
