WSCH Contracts. Contracts, which provide for certain levels of WSCH (Weekly Student Contact Hours) productivity in lieu of regular faculty work loads may be negotiated between faculty members and the xxxx. WSCH contracts must be approved by the FA President or designee. Any other agreements affecting workload, working conditions, etc. shall come before the negotiating teams for approval. The parties agree these negotiated changes shall be implemented no later than Spring semester of 2007.

  • SUB-CONTRACTS (a) The Servicer may sub-contract or delegate the performance of all or any of its powers and obligations under this Agreement, provided that (but subject to Section 3.2(b)):

  • Teacher Contracts A. Contracts for the employment of teachers shall be of two types: Limited Contracts and Continuing Contracts.

  • Contracts with Subcontractors a. Grantee may enter into contracts with subcontractors unless restricted or otherwise prohibited in the Contract.

  • Third Party Contracts From the Effective Date through and including the Closing Date, Seller agrees to enter into only those third-party contracts which are necessary to carry out its obligations under Section 5.2, which shall be on market terms and cancellable on thirty (30) days written notice or less, without payment of any fee or penalty. Copies of all such contracts so entered into by Seller shall be promptly provided by Seller to Purchaser.

  • Continuing Contracts a. A continuing contract is a contract which shall remain in effect until the teacher resigns, elects to retire, or until it is terminated or suspended; and shall be granted only to teachers qualified, as described below, holding Professional, Permanent or Life Certificates or a Professional Educator License. The certificates must be in the field being taught. Holders of a Professional Educator License must also meet either of the following:

  • Assignments and Subcontracts Seller shall not assign or subcontract this Agreement or any right or obligation hereunder without the prior written consent of NETAPP. NETAPP may from time to time assign this Agreement or any rights, obligations, or benefits hereunder to its related, affiliated, or successor corporations.
