WSF Rules and Regulations. ‌ The Union will be furnished with a copy of any rules or regulations with respect to the bargaining unit within thirty (30) calendar days prior to the planned implementation date to negotiate items that are mandatory subjects of bargaining. In the event the Union is not furnished with a copy, they shall have no effect upon members of the bargaining unit. If the Union fails to respond within the thirty (30) days, the Union waives all rights pursuant to this Section.
