Xx Carryover. For each State Fiscal Year (SFY) (July 1st to June 30th), if the Tribe does not spend the funds in an amount equal to the funding awarded for the applicable annual period, the difference between the amount awarded and the amount spent will be subtracted from the funding awarded to the Tribe for the next SFY to maintain current funding levels. The Department agrees to adjust funding to the Tribe under this Agreement in accordance with any legislative action, provided that if there are significant changes impacting either Party, each reserves the right to renegotiate this Agreement. The Tribe will not charge the Department for services if the Tribe has charged or will charge the State of Washington or any other party, under any other contract or agreement, for the same services. Payments are subject to availability of federal and state legislatively appropriated funds. The Department will notify the Tribe of any projected or anticipated budget increase or decrease that affects any program or service contained in its Tribal Plan. This includes one time surplus funding that could be obligated for unmet needs in Tribal services and program development.

  • Carryover Notwithstanding any other provision of this Section 6, no adjustment shall be made to the number of shares of Common Stock to be delivered to the Warrantholder (or to the Exercise Price) if such adjustment represents less than 1% of the number of shares to be so delivered, but any lesser adjustment shall be carried forward and shall be made at the time and together with the next subsequent adjustment which together with any adjustments so carried forward shall amount to 1% or more of the number of shares to be so delivered.

  • Vacation Carryover (a) A regular employee may carry over up to 10 days' vacation leave per year. Vacation carryover will not exceed 10 days at any time. An employee will not receive pay in lieu of vacation time, except upon retirement or termination, or as requested by the employee in Clause 18.13 (Vacation Payout).

  • Allocation of Senior Reduction Amount to the Reference Tranches On each Payment Date prior to the Termination Date, after allocation of the Tranche Write-down Amount or Tranche Write-up Amount, if any, for such Payment Date as described above, the Senior Reduction Amount will be allocated to reduce the Class Notional Amount of each Class of Reference Tranche in the following order of priority, in each case until its Class Notional Amount is reduced to zero:

  • Allocation of Subordinate Reduction Amount to the Reference Tranches On each Payment Date prior to the Termination Date, after allocation of the Senior Reduction Amount and the Tranche Write-down Amount or Tranche Write-up Amount, if any, for such Payment Date as described above, the Subordinate Reduction Amount will be allocated to reduce the Class Notional Amount of each Class of Reference Tranche in the following order of priority, in each case until its Class Notional Amount is reduced to zero:

  • Vacation Accumulation (a) Vacations are not cumulative from year to year.

  • Meal Period A Contractor shall schedule an unpaid period of not more than 1/2 hour duration at the work location between the 3rd and 5th hour of the scheduled shift. A Contractor may, for efficiency of operation, establish a schedule which coordinates the meal periods of two or more crafts. If an employee is required to work through the meal period, the employee shall be compensated in a manner established in the applicable Schedule A.

  • Payment of Charges All amounts chargeable to Borrower under Section 6 hereof shall be Obligations secured by all of the Collateral, shall be payable on demand and shall bear interest from the date such advance was made until paid in full at the rate applicable to Revolving Credit Loans from time to time.

  • Payment Period Whenever a payment under this Agreement specifies a payment period with reference to a number of days (e.g., “payment shall be made within forty (40) days following the date of termination), the actual date of payment within the specified period shall be within the sole discretion of the Company.

  • Sick Leave Accumulation a. All unused days of sick leave at full pay for all employees, shall accumulate to a maximum of two hundred ten (210) days. Such sick leave benefits so accrued will be usable after the annual full days allowed, and prior to any half pay benefits.

  • Reimbursement Amount Except for the metropolitan areas listed below, the maximum reimbursement for meals including tax and gratuity, shall be: Breakfast $ 9.00 Lunch $11.00 Dinner $16.00 For the following metropolitan areas the maximum reimbursement shall be: Breakfast $11.00 Lunch $13.00 Dinner $20.00 The metropolitan areas are: Atlanta Boston Cleveland Denver Hartford Kansas City Miami New York City Portland, OR San Francisco St. Louis Baltimore Chicago Dallas/Fort Worth Detroit Houston Los Angeles New Orleans Philadelphia San Diego Seattle Washington D.C. See Appendix L for details related to the boundaries of the above-mentioned metropolitan areas. The metropolitan areas also include any location outside the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States. Employees who meet the eligibility requirements for two (2) or more consecutive meals shall be reimbursed for the actual costs of the meals up to the combined maximum reimbursement amount for the eligible meals.
